In order to succeed at self-hypnosis, you need to learn some fundamental information about hypnosis. For that reason, this product has two sections:

The first section is an introduction to self-hypnosis that provides you with a foundation in self hypnosis and tools for being successful using self hypnosis to achieve your goals.
Track 1 gives some preliminary instructions. Track 2 explains what self-hypnosis is and what it can do for you. Track 3 brings you into a state of hypnosis: 1. Motivation; 2. Decision. 3. Putting yourself into a state of self hypnosis 4. Learning how to visualize 5. You can even read and study under hypnosis 6 Return to full waking consciousness. Track 4 helps to seal and contextualize what you have learned.
Using the techniques in this section, you will allow your life to be more empowered, you’ll have better control over your runaway feelings and emotions, you’ll find this recording to be helpful in allowing other recordings to be effective for you. Visualization and self hypnosis are keys to a powerful, healthy lifestyle.
2. Album Two: Deep Progressive Relaxation
This section builds on what you learned in the first section of this self-hypnosis course to bring you into a very deep, peaceful, safe, restful, and healing state. Please be sure to complete the first section before embarking on this section.
Completing Section 1, Self-Hypnosis Training, is the key to your success.
